Our aircraft do not have cabin crew on board. As a result, no assistance can be provided during the flight for passengers with reduced mobility. For safety reasons — particularly in the event of an emergency evacuation — passengers must be fully autonomous in their movements, including when boarding and disembarking the aircraft. If such condition is not met, unfortunately boarding will not be authorized.
Each passenger must be able to fasten their seat belt during the flight. The maximum belt length is 135 cm. If needed, an extension can be provided, and an Extra Seat (additional seat) may be offered at no extra cost, whenever possible and subject to availability.
For safety reasons, pregnant passengers cannot travel from the 8th month or from the 31st week of pregnancy. Between the 22nd and 30th week, a medical certificate authorizing air travel is required. If this certificate is not provided, a liability waiver signed by the passenger will be required before departure.
Babies under 2 years old must travel on an adult’s lap, using an additional seatbelt extension provided on board. From the age of 2, the child must have their own seat.
It is essential to inform us at the time of booking if the passenger has a specific medical condition (e.g., epilepsy, heart conditions, etc.). This allows us to anticipate needs, clarify travel conditions, and provide any required forms.
Surfboards, kitesurfing gear, and other large items can be transported on board, provided the request is made in advance when booking. A feasibility assessment will be carried out according to size, weight, and available aircraft capacity.
Biosecurity regulations in French Polynesia are strict in order to protect local flora and fauna. The introduction or transport of plant and animal species between islands is subject to control.
