Air Tetiaroa
Preamble
The present General Conditions of Sale, and Transportation (hereinafter " VGCL ") apply to any carriage by air performed by Air Tetiaroa, whether they are regular flights to the destination of Tetiaroa, primarily intended for customers of the hotel The Brando, or private flight charter request (" charter "). Any booking, flight confirmation or payment of the quote implies acceptance without reservation of the passenger to these terms and conditions.
Air Tetiaroa is an airline owned by the group, Pacific Beachcomber, whose registered office is located at the InterContinental Tahiti Resort & Spa, BP 6014 – 98702 faa'a, TAHITI. She is the holder of all of the approvals necessary for the operation of air in French Polynesia.
In this sense, the term "Customer" any person who has made a booking with Air Tetiaroa, whether an individual, a representative of the hotel The Brando or agency duly authorized. The term "Passenger" means any person carried on board of an aircraft Air Tetiaroa.
The term "scheduled Flight" means a flight operated between Tahiti, Tetiaroa, according to an operational organization as determined by the company.
The term "charter Flight" means a flight on a private charter at the request of a customer under the conditions set out in a quotation.
The term "flight Confirmation" means, for the charter flights, the quote is entirely paid by the customer, the payment is the combined validation of the volume For the clients of the hotel The Brando, the confirmation of flight corresponds to the information transmitted to Air Tetiaroa by the institution. In each case, the flight confirmation issued pursuant to this process, faith, and is the official validation of the volume
The term "Baggage" means any personal transported in the hold. Due to the characteristics of the device, no baggage may not be transported in the cabin.
The notion of "Force majeure" refers to any external event unpredictable and irresistible, making it impossible for the realization of the volume
The tariffs applied by Air Tetiaroa include the air transport of passengers between the ports of embarkation and destination indicated, as well as the taxes and aeronautical charges applicable in French Polynesia. Unless otherwise stated, the price also includes the excess baggage as defined in article 5 and access to the lounge, Air Tetiaroa. Any additional benefit (special baggage, equipment, individuals or specific requests), is the subject of a separate tariff structures.
2.1. Bookings and payments – Clients of the hotel The Brando
For guests of the hotel The Brando, the entire process of booking, modification, cancellation and billing flights is handled directly by the establishment.
Air Tetiaroa does not deal with individual requests from passengers to the hotel acts as a single contact person and transmits it to the company the information necessary for the organization of the volume
The booking is considered firm as soon as The Brando confirms the request from Air Tetiaroa. Any questions related to the pricing, payment or administrative processing of the transport must be addressed exclusively to the hotel.

No quote has to be signed : payment in full flight is the only form of confirmation of the booking and implies full acceptance of the conditions.
The settlement of the total amount must be paid prior to the execution of the flight, by the deadline specified by the company. In default of payment within the time, Air Tetiaroa reserves the right to cancel the booking without notice or compensation.
Exceptionally, and only for amounts to be particularly high, Air Tetiaroa can accept a deposit according to the procedures defined on a case-by-case basis. In this case, the reservation shall be considered as guarantee of the payment of the deposit requested.
Payments can be made by bank transfer or via payment link secure (Payzen)
3.1. Guests of the hotel The Brando
For passengers staying at the hotel The Brando, any request for cancellation, modification, or any non-presentation must be dealt with directly with the hotel.
Air Tetiaroa is not in direct contractual relationship with these passengers, the company applies exclusively decisions, confirmations and instructions transmitted by the establishment.
The tariff conditions, the possible cancellation fees, or methods of change are determined and charged directly by The Brando according to its own internal policies.
3.2 charter Flights – Cancellation, modification and no-show
For charter flights, a full prepayment is required at time of booking. This payment is equivalent to the validation of the final flight and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Requests of cancellation by the client gives rise to the application of the following fees :
All changes are subject to availability and may result in a fare adjustment. In case of inability to reprogram the desired flight, the cancellation policy above will apply
3.3 Cancellation or amendment by the company
Air Tetiaroa may be obliged to modify the schedule, the route, the device used, or to cancel a flight for security reasons, maintenance, operational constraints, decisions of the authorities or of force majeure (including adverse weather conditions, closure of the aerodrome, restrictions of air traffic).
To the extent possible, the company will inform the client, or, in the case of the customers of the hotel The Brando, the establishment, as soon as possible.
In case of cancellation or amendment making transportation impossible on the date originally planned, Air Tetiaroa will, where practicable :
No other compensation or compensation (including costs of lodging, meals, missed connection, or tourist services devices) may not be claimed by the company, except as provided by mandatory law to the contrary.
The passengers of the flights must be present at the show Air Tetiaroa at the latest 1: 00 before the scheduled time of departure.

The passenger must be able to present a valid identity document, and any document required by the territorial authorities or health. Air Tetiaroa can not be held responsible if a passenger is denied boarding due to documents that are incomplete, incorrect or expired. In this case, the flight will not be subject to any refund.
Each passenger is entitled to a free baggage allowance is determined as follows :
Scheduled flights :
The total weight of the baggage, including cabin baggage, must not exceed 32 kg per passenger. Checked baggage must not exceed a total size of 158 cm (sum of length, width, and depth).
Charter flights :
The total capacity of the luggage depends on the permissible maximum mass of the aircraft and may vary depending on the number of passengers, distance or operating conditions. The estimation of the capacity of luggage is communicated to the client at time of booking.
For security reasons and due to the characteristics of the device, all the baggage, including cabin baggage, must be placed in the hold.
Excess baggage cannot be accepted subject to availability and limits of mass and centre of gravity of the device. They can give rise to an additional charge.
The dangerous goods, weapons, flammable products, batteries, non-conforming and other prohibited items are strictly prohibited.
Air Tetiaroa declines any responsibility in case of loss, damage or theft on valuables, electronic devices, important documents, or jewelry to be placed in checked baggage.
For reasons of safety or security, Air Tetiaroa reserves the right to refuse any luggage at all times, especially if there is a risk of excessive weight, a format that is unsuitable, or if it compromises the mass and centre of gravity of the device.
Some situations need special attention due to the characteristics of our devices and the lack of personnel navigant commercial (PNC) board. It is imperative to inform Air Tetiaroa of any particular condition at the time of booking, so that the company can evaluate the feasibility of the transport and specify, where appropriate, the necessary steps.
6.1. Unaccompanied minors
Unaccompanied minors can be transported. A liability waiver must be signed by the person responsible for the child prior to departure. The company must be advised at time of booking in order to arrange the terms of embarkation and disembarkation.
6.2. Passengers with reduced mobility (PRM)
Our devices do not have the personnel navigant commercial (PNC), and support is not possible in volume For security reasons, in particular in the event of an emergency evacuation, passengers must be able to move autonomously, including mounting and dismounting of the device.
In this sense, Air Tetiaroa is not able to transport passengers within the category PMR–WHC (passengers requiring a wheelchair).
In case of doubt, it is essential to contact the company prior to the reservation so that the situation can be assessed.
6.3. People with a strong build
Each passenger must have a seat belt during the entire duration of the volume
The maximum waist is compatible with our belts is 135 cm.
Beyond that, the transport will not be provided for security reasons.
When this is possible and subject to availability, a solution of" extra seat " (additional seat) can be provided without additional cost to improve the comfort of the passenger.

6.4. Pregnant women
Pregnant women can not travel from the 8th month or the 31st week of pregnancy.
Between the 22nd and the 30th week, a medical certificate authorizing the trip is required.
In the absence of a certificate, a liability release signed by the passenger must be provided.
The situation must be reported at the time of booking.
6.5. Other special situations
In the absence of the cabin crew on board, no medical assistance, or special, may be made in volume

6.7. Animals
Travelling with pets is possible, but only after consent of Air Tetiaroa and subject to specific conditions.
Each request is considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the type of animal, the weight of the container and the operational feasibility.

Air Tetiaroa strives to ensure the transportation of passengers and their luggage, according to the timetables of. However, for operational reasons, technical or safety, schedules and/or routes may be modified.
Guests of the hotel The Brando
In case of delays or cancellations affecting a scheduled flight operated on for customers of The Brando, Air Tetiaroa inform the property directly, which is their single point of contact for any decision relating to the deferral or a possible support.
Customer charter — Delay or cancellation due to Air Tetiaroa
When a delay or a cancellation is directly attributable to Air Tetiaroa, the company will propose to the customer :
If no solution is appropriate, the amount of the flight not completed will be refunded.
If the client is not a resident of the island, where occurs the cancellation, Air Tetiaroa will be able to take care of the accommodation and the necessary restoration, at a school chosen by the company, until the next possible start.
Customer charter — Delay or cancellation that is not attributable to Air Tetiaroa
If the delay or cancellation was the result of an event outside (weather conditions, airline restrictions, closure of the aerodrome, force majeure, etc), no support or compensation will be granted. The expenses arising from this uncertainty are the responsibility of the customer.
Late submission or non-submission of the passenger
In the event of a delay announced, Air Tetiaroa will try to wait for the passenger to the extent possible, without impacting the operation of the volume
In the case of non-presentation " (" no-show "), or if the wait is incompatible with the operational constraints, the flight remains due in full.
Limitation of liability — the Warsaw Convention
The responsibility of Air Tetiaroa in case of damage to baggage is limited in accordance with the Warsaw Convention, which is 17 special drawing rights (SDR) per kilogram.
In case of damage to baggage carried in the passenger cabin, the liability is limited to 332 SDRS per passenger.
The personal data transmitted to Air Tetiaroa are used exclusively for the establishment of the quotation, the safety of flight operations and regulatory compliance. They may be communicated to the competent authorities when this is required.
